Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Develop key accounts via email, phone, スカイプ, Google, リンクトイン, and international exhibitions (例えば。, Electronica Russia, Munich, 私たち).
- Negotiate contracts and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
- Leverage company resources including Google-optimized independent websites and paid ad campaigns.
Market Strategy & Product Expertise
- Master UGPCB’s プリント基板/PCBA product ecosystem and industry trends.
- Formulate and execute targeted sales plans.
Order & Payment Oversight
- Manage payment collections and maintain client communication records.
Professional Attributes
- Demonstrate passion for sales, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit professionalism and goal-oriented mindset.
Global Exhibition Participation
- Represent UGPCB annually at key trade shows:
  - ロシア: Electronica Expo
  - ドイツ: Electronica Munich
  - アメリカ合衆国: IPC APEX EXPO
  - 日本: NEPCON

Language & Education
- Mandatory: Business-fluent Russian (Near-native fluency preferred).
- Advantageous:
  - English/Japanese/Spanish proficiency (TEM-8/JLPT N1 preferred).
  - Degree in International Trade or related field.
Core Competencies
- Proactive, resilient, and sales-driven personality.
- 1+ years of proven foreign trade sales experience with independent client development.

Base Salary: ¥8,000/month
Total Monthly Range: ¥10,000 – ¥15,000
Commission: Industry-leading performance-based commissions (tiered on payment collection)
