Core Responsibilities & Strategic Impact
- Lead cross-functional sales strategy development and execution to drive Leiterplatte business growth across international markets, ensuring alignment with IPC-6012 quality standards and ISO-certified processes.
- Architect and implement 3-5 year strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for PCB revenue targets, customer acquisition funnels, and market penetration metrics.
- Monitor global PCB market trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory shifts (z.B., RoHS, REACH compliance) to proactively adjust sales tactics and product positioning.
- Spearhead platform-based sales expansion through digital channels (B2B e-commerce, CRM systems) and traditional trade networks, optimizing customer lifecycle management for PCB clients.
- Build high-performance sales teams through structured training programs, performance benchmarking, and incentive frameworks that foster PCB industry expertise and cross-cultural communication skills.
Qualifications & Competency Framework
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields with preference for candidates holding IPC-certified training credentials.
- Proven expertise in PCB sales management with 5+ years of B2B leadership experience managing 30+ member teams; deep understanding of PCB manufacturing processes (z.B., Multi-Layer-PCBs, HDI Technologie) and supply chain dynamics.
- Mastery of international sales methodologies including channel development, negotiable contract structuring, and cross-border logistics optimization for PCB products.
- Exceptional strategic acumen for market entry strategies, competitive differentiation, and crisis management in global electronics markets.
- Fluency in English with cross-cultural negotiation skills; proficiency in additional languages (z.B., German, Japanese) preferred for key PCB markets.
