Job Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

    • Develop key accounts via email, phone, Skype, Google, LinkedIn, and international exhibitions (z.B., Electronica Russia, Munich, US).

    • Negotiate contracts and establish long-term strategic partnerships.

    • Leverage company resources including Google-optimized independent websites and paid ad campaigns.

  2. Market Strategy & Product Expertise

    • Master UGPCB’s Leiterplatte/PCBA product ecosystem and industry trends.

    • Formulate and execute targeted sales plans.

  3. Order & Payment Oversight

    • Manage payment collections and maintain client communication records.

  4. Professional Attributes

    • Demonstrate passion for sales, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.

    • Exhibit professionalism and goal-oriented mindset.

  5. Global Exhibition Participation

    • Represent UGPCB annually at key trade shows:

      • Russland: Electronica Expo

      • Deutschland: Electronica Munich

      • USA: IPC APEX EXPO

      • Japan: NEPCON

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  1. Language & Education

    • Mandatory: Business-fluent Russian (Near-native fluency preferred).

    • Advantageous:

      • English/Japanese/Spanish proficiency (TEM-8/JLPT N1 preferred).

      • Degree in International Trade or related field.

  2. Core Competencies

    • Proactive, resilient, and sales-driven personality.

    • 1+ years of proven foreign trade sales experience with independent client development.

    • Industry preference: PCB/Leiterplatte background.

  3. Professional Skills

    • Expertise in key account management and market analytics.

    • Strong stress tolerance and cross-cultural negotiation skills.
